The 7-Week Journey
We will co-design the 7-week Journey with you as no "one size fits all" program every works. Each week will have a theme, a focus, and accountability.

How it works
You apply for coaching and we see if it's a mutual fit. I may also recommend another coach from my network.

We co-design a 7-week program together. Each week has a pre-defined outcome we want to achieve.

We meet for 90 mins each week and then share voice notes and messages during the week. Around 3 hours per week total commitment.

At the end of the program we create your action plan, I give you my own report and reflections on you and you get access to my product leadership playbook.

Ben Reid
Ben is a highly regarded product leader and coach with over 25 years of experience in product, technology, and commercialisation. He has collaborated with over 100 founders and product leaders—from early-stage startups to ASX100 giants like News Corp, CBA, Kayo Sports, and Scentre Group—helping them develop products rooted in human-centred design that deliver real customer and business value.

Ben is also the Chief Product Officer and founder of two venture studios, responsible for launching over 30 tech ventures and platforms. Additionally, he has played key roles in more than 10 startup accelerators in product, operations, as an entrepreneur-in-residence.

What distinguishes Ben’s approach is the combination of sharp insight, genuine care, and a very human-centric way of conducting business. He is known for guiding individuals to discover their version of product leadership—one that aligns with their identity, work style, and the specific realities of their businesses.
